After submitting your reservation details, our tea consultant will call or message you during business hours to confirm guest numbers, seating preferences, and time slots.
How do I request tasting samples for corporate gift boxes?
Select "Corporate custom gift sets" in the form and indicate your estimated quantity. Our consultant will send standard tasting packs of high-altitude oolong and aged citrus white tea.
How are online tea orders shipped and handled for after-sales?
All teas are sealed in light-proof, moisture-resistant packaging and delivered via SF Express. We provide full replacement or refund support if packages are damaged in transit.
Can the tea rooms host corporate events or private gatherings?
Both West Lake and Qianjiang locations accommodate private tea gatherings, corporate tea breaks, and cultural salons. Space arrangements and fees are confirmed during initial consultation.
